Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Location: Grapevine, TXSalary: $52,000 per year Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and experienced LTL Dock Leader to oversee our dock operations. As the Dock Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth handling of shipments, managing dock staff, and maintaining high safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate dock operations and staff.
Must have LTL Experience
Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on the dock.
Resolve any operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Monitor and report on dock performance metrics.
Operate Sit down Forklift & Be certified
Understand DOPT & FMCSA guidelines
Strong Logistics background
Qualifications:
Previous experience in LTL dock warehouse operations Required.
5+ Yrs of Management Experience
Must be able to operate Sit Down Forklift
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
